Crafting worlds. Telling stories.
Tiziano Fioriti is an Italian filmmaker and digital artist born in Gualdo Tadino, a small town in the umbrian apennines.
Drawing and visual arts have been part of his life since childhood, and his interest in technology led him to build his first websites during middle school. After a scientific high school he moved to Florence, where he studied Industrial Design and started teaching advanced graphics to companies and professionals in private studios.
In 2003 his artworks were published in Exposé 5 and d’Artiste: Matte Painting Vol. 2, two landmark publications showcasing what they described as the finest digital art in the known universe.
He began working in TV commercials and VFX in 2007, contributing as an artist on major films and series including Guardians of the Galaxy, Maleficent, and 300: Rise of an Empire. Over the years he specialized in environment creation, matte painting and digital scenography, developing a hybrid 2D/3D approach rooted in craftsmanship and cinematic atmosphere.
Today his focus extends to virtual production and Unreal Engine. He worked as Senior VAD Artist on the Peacock series Those About to Die, directed by Roland Emmerich, creating environments and assets directly on stage at Cinecittà’s legendary Stage 18, an historic space for film production in Rome and a landmark of Italian cinema. For more than a decade he designed and created the digital scenography for Andrea Bocelli’s world tour, and directed the official music video Perfect Symphony with Ed Sheeran, a project that has passed half a billion views on YouTube.
He now works as a director and creator of visual worlds, moving between filmmaking, digital design and real-time technology, always driven by the same instinct that shaped his childhood: to build images, and to tell stories through them.
